Features:

This machine is applicable for polishing of outsoles of leather shoes with two speed control options.

It has features of wide applicability, good grinding effect, high efficiency and large grinding force.

(1) The machine head is equipped with a handle 10 for adjusting the tension of sand belt and an adjusting nut 12 for adjusting the sand belt moving on the grinding wheel in single side direction.

Install sand belt first and press handle 10 to tighten the sand belt onto the sand belt wheel.

If the sand belt moves in a single side direction during operation, please adjust the tapered cap nut 12 on the machine head.

When the sand belt moves to the right side, adjust the nut 12 to left side.

Adjust the nut to right side while the sand belt moves to left side and then tighten the nut 13 for locking.

(2) Check whether the sand belt is locked. Upon power on, test run for 5 minutes and then it’s ready to process soles.

 1) The machine tool shall be placed firmly on an even ground and no shaking shall occur.

 2) Lubricate the head

 3) Connect with three-phase power supply of 380V earth the machine casing.

Notice that the rotary direction of the main shaft shall be identical with that marked on the cover casing.

Quality Control

1. Check whether sand belt is tightened before starting the machine.

Starting the machine is forbidden when the sand belt is not tightened.

If so, troubleshoot electric leakage in time ad earth the machine casing.
