100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours’ lighting. Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

A: Yes, we offer 5-10 years warranty to our products.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i ncluding re-call according to real situation.
