Acrylic General Type Waterproof Paint is a cement-based acrylic modified two components polymer. It infiltrates into the substrate and clog the pores to reach bidirectional affinity. Its good permeability keeps the surface in dry condition. Strong adhesion force is applicable to substrates such as concrete, wood, coating etc.

Application Method

Construction Techniques

1. Clean up and moisturize the surface of substrate evenly.
2. Pour the liquid to the barrel and then add the powder (The ratio liquid to powder is 9:25) Mix evenly with a hand-held electric mixer .Slake for a few minutes and remix again until it has no obvious particles and sediments' presence.
3. The slurry should be brushed evenly on the substrate, especially around  pipelines and corners. The thickness should be around 5 mm.
4. After finishing the first layer, wait until it almost dry or non-stick hand(interval of 2 hours) and then apply it for the second time. Please notice that the brushing direction should be vertical to the previous time.

Attention

●The substrate should be cleaned without dirt, oil etc. Hollows and cracks should be filled before application.

●Construction temperature should be in control from 5 to 40℃. the products cannot be applied under 0℃ or in rain.
●Well-mixed slurry should be consumed within 2 hours, don't pour any water into it and reuse it even when it gets dry.
●Take advantage of ventilation devices when necessary, like application in very humid and enclosed environment, such as the basement.
●Spray water mist onto the finished coating to moisturize it when it drys for a few times.
●The substrate should be away from dirt and oil etc.
