The heat radiation and convection loss is reduced by the soft contact of car and lining and the sand sealing mechanism which effectively ensure the furnace seal. The ventilator is composed of a blower and a deflector. The blower motor is electrically connected to the heating element. Only the blower is switched on the power of heating elements is supplied. This ensures that the heating element can be operated in a ventilated cycle.
