Yes, we do. We have two factories right now and Another one is still building, totally more than 17000m2. And our company has a complete production line to promote the quality and efficiency of goods from yarns to fabrics. What’s more, we provide customizable service that clients can make their own fabrics.

2.Do your company provide customize service?

Yes, definitely. If you want to customize fabric, please give us following information below:

b.Production specification (polyester/olefin/acrylic)

c.The request of lightfastness

d.Width and Weight

e.Other demands such as waterproof, tear-resistant, flame retardant etc.,

3.How long is our delivery time?

If the product in stock, for fabric and yarn, we estimate a delivery within 7 working days to Shanghai port China and from port to your place, it depends on distance and shipping company.

If the product out of stock or customize, please contact us to confirm exactly delivery time.

4.Return and exchange orders

Please handle items with care: All items must be returned back to our warehouse in the same condition as they were received, so please treat the items with care. Please note that fabrics which are cut, washed, altered or returned in an un-sellable condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If a returned fabric arrives in un-sellable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed, and we will notify you by email.

Returning fabric on a roll or bolt: If your fabric arrived on a roll or bolt, we ask that it be sent back to us rolled or folded on the same bolt or roll to avoid the product from becoming permanently creased or damaged, which may make it unsellable. The following fabrics should be returned back to us on the roll.
