A: We are glad to supply sample for your test and checking if you need. but you are require to bear the cost of sample, and the cost of shipping cost by DHL or FeDex.

 

Q: The spare parts are aviable?

A: We would like to supply spare parts for damaged not included Warrantee, if you could bear the shipping cost of spare parts. And the back plate same as FLEX, you could get it in your market, I think.

 

Q:  Could you supply 125mm and 150mm back plate?

A: Yes. this machine could fix 125mm back plate or 150mm back plate. if you have not required, we normally supply 150mm back plate, so if you want 125mm or both 125 and 150, please let me know when you place order

 

Q: How could we pay for my order?

A: Now, paypal is very convenient, and TT through bank is also acceptable

Packaging & Shipping

 For the sample, we will use DHL service. and you are required help to import Custom Clearance if your local DHL need. In generally local DHL do not need this help always.
