HCHC foot pedal valve OBVF-L25E hydraulic control valve for forklift brake system

Power brake valve OBV-L25E and accumulator HXQ are applied to the forklift brake system of 5 to 10 tons. When engine is working, step on the power brake valve to brake the forklift and fill accumulator. When engine is stopping, step on the valve to use the pressure oil stored in the accumulator to brake the forklift.

The combination between power brake valve OBV-L25E and accumulator HXQ can meet the braking function of forklift truck in driving, parking and emergency stop and very reliable, widely applied to the hydraulic brake system of forklift truck and the other material handling equipment.

Combined with power brake valve, the relief valve E45E5-40211 can make the oil not fully return when unloading, to ensure that the filling is quick and brake is more reliable when re-braking.

The shared hydraulic system: power brake valve shares the hydraulic oil of steering system, to fill the accumulator and brake.
Overload unloading: the inside of accumulator is equipped with an overflow valve, when the pressure exceeds the set range, it will be automatic unloading.
Lack of pressure alarm: the inside of accumulator is equipped with an alarm device, when the pressure under the set range, it will be ringing to remind the operator to fill oil for accumulator.
Full functions: the combination between power brake valve and accumulator can meet the braking function of forklift truck in driving, parking and emergency stop.
