Working Process

 

The unit mainly PE,PVC,EVA as raw material,after plastis extruder ,and then filter and die cast

 

By a three roll  calender matte ,colling bracket setting ,A/B/A three-layer coextrusion

 

waterproofing membrane .B layer can be different according  to user requirements for product

 

quality adjustment,in oder to reduce the cost of prodcts(such as a layer of polypropylene fabric

 

,polyester fabric ,B layer material ) and B layer can also be based require the use of different

 

materials to meet the diverse requirement of user of the proucts to meet market demand . 

 

This production line can produce PVC/TPO multilayer waterproof membrane ,it consists twin

 

screw extruder, die , three roller stack and auxiliary  equipments , it can produce the membrane

 

from 0.5mm to 4mm ,monolayer, multi-layer and laminated with non-woven fabric.
