Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
A: Yes, we are not only a factory but also act as a designer. We can design if you have some special requirement on products.
Q2: What products you can make?
A: Our products mainly include Sports waist bags, waterproof bags, backpack, sports arm bags, armbands and wash bags and so on.
Q3: Can we have your free samples?
A: We can provide the samples but you need to pay the charges, as you know the sample cost is always much more expensive than mass products. Usualyl the sample cost is around 3 times than its own value, but be rest assured you will have it refund when we have your order. The sample time is on or oround 7 days.
Q4: I have my own design (I have some ideas add to your products.)
A: We have our own technical section(3 technicists) could helping design products, assess your products,make physic test and give you professional advice.
Q5: How do you control the quality of the products?
1.More than 10 years exprences.
2.4 people in th QC dept.
Q6: How to place an order to you? And how about the lead time and payment terms?
A: When you accept the sample quality and product price, you can place an order to us by email.
We usually accept TT or Paypal, but Paypal is only for small order.
Payment terms should be 30% deposit and 70% balance should be upon receipt of sending the documents copy.
Lead time is on or arround 20 days after receipt of deposits.
Q7: What's the advantange of your factory?
We have more than 80 experienced staff, over 150 sewing machine, 60 high frequency machine, 6 heat sealing machine, 4 laser cutting machine and 4 hot press machine,we also have our own Physics Lab to test and control the quality.
