  Warranty Terms

  Problems man-made below will not have warranty

    We provide 12 months warranty for customers and 1:1 replacement service if there are any    

    quality problems,but the lcds need  to meet the following requirement

     A:Make sure the lcds are from our company which with ''UP'' sticker or stamp

     B:Products are within warranty period

     C:Products are not man-made damages( check above photoes)

     If products are man-made problem ,then will not have warranty

     NOTE

     a:When lcd screen is bigger ,do not force it into the gap of phone frame so that will not break the lcd

     b:Pls test the lcd before installing

     c:Turn off the phone before replacing lcd to avoid short circuit which may cause cpu damage

     d:If lcd has problem,pls stick on protector film and keep in foam bag to avoid appearance damage or it may  

        not be replaced

4.What’s the warranty in your company?
We will offer warranty for 12 months if there is some problems of quality. But if the problem is man-made,we will not change replacement.The details,pls find above warranty term 

5.How is packing?
We use the simple packing normally (anti-static bag+bubble+foam box+paper box) as this way is safe and it saves shipping cost too.  We can also do packing according to customer's requirement 

6.What’s the shipping for goods?
In order to reduce the cost of customers,usually we send goods by express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx,vTNT and EMS because we enjoy the member price to these cargo company.
For large package,we will transport by air or by sea,just depending on the customer requirements.
If customer has familiar cargo,we can send goods to the address you provided.

7.How long goods can be received?
Customer will received goods in 4-7 days after shipment.If there is any accident in shipping, we will notice you as soon as possible.

8.How to take the risk during transportation?
We would pay the bill 100% when goods were missed or detained by custom in China. But if goods were missed or detained by custom occurring outside china (in buyers' country),buyers are responsible for loss.

9.How to deal with the returns?
We will check the returns in 2 days.After checking,we will provide testing result to customer. Then we will send replacement to you when you make order again.For returns policy,pls find above warranty terms

10.Who will pay shipping cost for returns
Buyer will pay the shipping cost.
