This fiber opening machine structure similar to carding machine, with 1big cylinder, 7/8 working rollers, feeding rollers. The capacity from 100-500kg/h depending on machine working width.
After fiber opening, the fiber could be formed into pearl fiber balls, or blow into bags, pillow, quilt or others..or bag filling machine, toy filling machine.
