Marine Lifeboat Ship CY1-12-5 Battery Charger
The battery charger (type: CY1-12-5) was designed on our own, which conforms to the General Rules for Electrical Devices on the boat or ship. It is specially used for the automatic compensating charge the
battery which are used on the boat or ship.
The battery charger makes full-wave rectification to the AC power source(42v) generated by the generator on boat. Then charge the battery. The charger current is stabilized at 5A by current inspection loop, and the voltage are controlled to be14.5V by the voltage inspection loop when the battery is fully charged. This unit can be protected against the short-circuit and reverse polarity.
