ApplicationThe product is mainly use in the electrical oil transformers applications as high electrical insulation material, like pressure beams, step blocks, pressure spare parts, top and bottom support coils, potential rings, pressure rings , spacers, etc. For his mechanical strength, laminated wood can be also use for many applications as abrasion resistance material under stress.
Standard Range of Production The laminated wood is produced in 3 different densities,
Type : C2B , density between 0,90 to 1,10 g/cm3
Type : C3B, density between 1.10 to 1,20 g/m3
Type : C4B, density between 1,20 to 1,30 g/cm3
The lamination is made on crosswise veneers , and the standard thickness of the veneer is 2 mm. Under specification we can produce from 1 mm , 1,2 mm and 1,5 mm thickness veneer too.
Thickness range , from 10 mm to 100 mm
Standard Sheet Sizes, 1000x2000mm, 1500 x 1000 mm, 1500 x 1500 mm, 1500 x 2000 mm, 1500x3000mm and 3000 x 3000 mm
