3.Feeder Operate Board
1.New Model Feeder
Compact structure ,Have many kinds of advantage from feeder counterparts.
Machine frame made of 14mm steel plate ,connect beam made of 12# iron and 10# square steel.
2.Adjustable Material Bracket &Centrigugal Blower
Suit for different size of paper board.Easy operating to adjust width and length
Feeder connect with centrifugal blower ,equiped with engraved roller ,increase friction with convey belt ,make sure paper board sending correctly.
3.Feeder Operate Board
There is one frequency inverter in feeder part ,They connect PLC system& another one frequency inverter in printing part and control printing, make machine highly Synchronization ,work accurately ,fast and effective ,save more power.
4.Printing Part
Printing part machine frame made of 12mm thickness steel plate and 10# square steel.Stronger & Steady.
5.Printing Entrance
There is two electronic photocell eye in sending track and one in printing entrance(Total Three Pieces) ,when paperboard come ,they will command sending wheel to convey material to printing cylinder
6.Ink Circular System
Anilox Roller + Rubber Roller + Ink Circular Pump+Air Compressor,automatic circular ink,make ink always clean ,have a colorful printing effect.
220 Mesh anilox roller. it can transfer ink equably ,especially when you print 2mm size words on material. Anyway,It save Printing Ink.
Shore Hardness 90 Oilproof Rubber Roller,Oilproof character make it long service life.

7.Printing Cylinder
1CM thickness metal produce printing cylinder. And Cylinder surface through chrome plating ,make it smooth and good hardness.
8.Feeding Unit & Printing Unit Control System
Whole machine equipped with 2 frequency inveter.And this two inveter are synchronous control by PLC.
Feeding unit and printing unit all through frequency control by frequency inveter.
