TC-V6 is a 3 linear guideways vmc, widely used for metal parts processing. It is of excellent torsional resistance and strong rigidness.At the same time, it could bear heavy loading cutting machining. The machine is unique design of high-speed linear guide rail, widely used for processing casing parts, shell parts, disc-shaped parts of processing industry, auto motive, tooling , machinery, manufacturing and other industries. Part can be processing completed do milling , boring ,drilling, expanding, reaming, tapping and other machining processes under one clamping. The machine has high precision, high automation, high reliability, high degree of mechanical and electrical integration, simple operation, the overall shape nice and other features.

The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer system (ATC), automatic lubrication system, cooling system and portable manually operated device (MPG), with the overall shield.Machine is equipped with fully enclosed protective cover, beautiful, safe, leak-proof, protection of the environment. Sealed guard rails shield is purchased from Taiwan brand-name manufacturers products, effective protection rails and screw moving parts, extending its useful life.Spiral automatic chip conveyor is simple, environmentally friendly, suitable for metal and nonmetal chip transport.

Machine with manual air (water) gun (optional) , easy to remove iron.It can install 4th axes or 5th axes. The spindle is Taiwwan 10000/12000/15000 rpm spindle Bt 40. Normally the machine will be with arm type tool magazine with 24 tools capacity. The bearing is Japan NSK or German FAG optional.
