Description
Heat treatment
Heat treatment equipment provides annealing, tempering, quenching, carburizing, nitriding, heating to the workpieces.
Heat treatment furnace is common name of various kinds of industrial furnace which provide metal heating treatment to all kinds of metal workpieces. It has lower temperature compared with heating furnace. Heat treatment furnace can be adopted with all models of heating furnaces but asks more stringent temperature control and furnace atmosphere.
Heat treatment furnace is divided into annealing furnace, quenching furnace, tempering furnace, normalizing furnace, quenching and tempering furnace, carburizing furnace, nitriding furnace, melting furnace. Mainly used for high chromium, high manganese steel castings, ductile iron, roll, steel, stainless steel quenching, annealing, aging and a variety of mechanical parts heat treatment. Welding parts to eliminate stress annealing, aging and other heat treatment process. Heating methods are electric heating, fuel, gas, coal, hot air circulation and etc.
Tempering furnace
Tempering furnace: Supply tempering in air to general metal parts; quenching, annealing, aging heat treatment to aluminum alloy die castings, piston, aluminum plate and other light alloy parts.
Product Description
Hot air cycle operation car tempering furnace is composed by furnace body, car, heating device, and control system. Frame of the shell is welded by shaped steel. Both of the inner and outer walls are welded by cold rolled steel plate with the advantage of small deformation coefficient. The lining of the body and the door is aluminum silicate refractory fiber acupuncture cotton as the insulation layer that reduces the temperature of the furnace wall. The door also is the welded frame of steel. And the outer wall of the door is cold rolled steel too. The car is made of shaped steel with wheels on the bottom. The car can go into the furnace body and run flexible . Around the inlet of the furnace is embedded with rubber asbestos packing. When the door closed, the door and the rubber asbestos packing fit tightly to ensure that no heat distribution. Belt heating elements equipped on the both sides of the chamber are made of alloy of 0Cr25AL5 with ling service life.

How to use it
It is mainly used for quenched and tempered process of high chromium steel, die steel and other special steel. It also can be used for tempering, aging and other various mechanical parts heat treatment, such as high manganese steel castings, steel balls, crusher hammer, roll, iron chrome wear-resistant materials.
