Furnace body

The furnace body is composed of induction coil, magnetic yoke, hobs, tilting cylinder etc..

The magnetic yoke with high permeability of cold rolled silicon steel sheet manufacturing.

Each yoke is fixed on the wire rod fixed on the furnace shell, and a uniform jacking force is formed in the week of the online coil, so that the yoke is fixed and the coil is fixed. 

Hydraulic device

The hydraulic device is composed of the hydraulic pump station, the hydraulic cylinder and the operating table and so on.

The hydraulic cylinder is the most important executive element in the hydraulic system. It converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and matches with the transmission mechanism of the furnace body to complete the mechanical movement of the tilting furnace.


Water cooled cable

The joint of water cooled cable is dismantled by a detachable structure.The interior is connected with the copper wire through the cold pressure welding.The connection is strong and the contact resistance is small.The outer tube of the water cooled cable is used with a rubber tube.This kind of rubber tube is not easy to burn and has good strength.

Medium frequency power supply


The whole cabinet is designed and manufactured for five doors, and the DC flat wave reactor is placed under the rectifying cabinet. The whole equipment is output in the middle of the cabinet and out of the line.
