This production line consists of handcart, load column type track, out hopper and four stations (or six stations or eight stations) barrel plating machine.

It can be used in the quantity production of small parts barrel plating zinc, copper, nickel, alloy, etc.

Features of Continuous Galvanizing Production Line

1) The plating tank is PP structure. There is steel liner outside the tank to strengthen. Outside the steel liner it’s covered with PP sheet. It’s very high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, and durable for using.

2) The open pore of barrel wall is injection molding, which is with high permeable rate and can shorten electroplate time and improve thickness distribution of plating. Besides the circular hole can be customized according to customers’ requirement.

3) driving the car:

(1) driving the car is hand carrying, motor-driven lifting, simple and convenient.

(2) the walking adopts duplex bearing idler wheel, easy to walk and lighten the operators’ labor intensity.

(3) the lifting adopts nylon substrate coiled tape which is with big loading capacity and not easy to be corroded. It’s suitable to electroplate working place. Lifting sets upper limit travel switch which can prevent the crash due to the operators’ mistake.

4) track: the track adopts detachable load column type, the advantage: (1) convenient to load and ship; (2) because it’s separated from plating tank, track gauge won’t be effected by the plating tank’s shape changing and the reliability is high.

5) After adding various auxiliary stations, in fact this is a semi-automatic barrel plating production line device which is suitable to the quantity production of small parts.
