Melion Cushion Gum Line is able to produce calendered rubber with a constant thickness, usually at 1.2mm
The packing is in a coil with single or double-sided plastic sheet packing.

Cushion gum has two important features: cure sensitive and tackiness (sticky).
Melion offers a solution to process Cushion Gum in its Cooling Drum Superior process line-out.
This processing equipment is an innovative design specializing in rapid cooling of the cure-sentive rubber to room temperaturem and at the same time preserve its original tackiness of the rubber, without altering its thickness.
This innovation is now a Patent pending design in China.
