 Q: If you produce clients’s design? Will your company offer 3D artwork?
 A: Yes, we welcome custom made jewelry. We will free offer 3D artwork for you  to check the  

    design before production.

 Q: What is your MOQ?
 A: Sliver and brass goods: is 50 pieces per style;
      Sliver and brass earring: 50 pairs per style;
      Stainless steel goods: is 100pieces each style;
      Cufflinks: 100pairs each style.

 Q: How much mold fee will you charge?
 A: If goods do not need the mold in production, so have no mold fee, and if the production will use

      the mold, the mold fee will be about 100USD-300USD, different style has different mold and

      mold fee.
      Mold fee is only one time charged, you do not pay for it next time when you repeat the same

      style to make.
      Exceptional case: If your quantity is over 300pcs each style, we will waive your mold fee.
      Similarly, when your orders under one style total up to 300pcs, we will return you mold fee 

      paid.

 Q: How many deposit we need to pay before production?
 A: As company rules: 50% deposit need be paid before production.
     But if you are regular customer, 30% deposit is acceptable.

 Q: What is your courier option?
 A: Regarding to the delivery way, we usually use express such as EMS(UPS), DHL, TNT and

      FedEx (Federal Express ).

 Q: How about your package?
 A: Usually we use PP bag for individual piece, if you have any other special package, like gift or

      velvet bag, it will be charged at cost.

 Q: How to get an extra discount?
 A: Discounts will be pegged to the amount of your order and quantity of order.
     1. If you once order amount reached $10,000, we will give you an additional 3% discount.
     2. If your quantity of order is over 500pcs each style one-off, we give you an additional 2%

         discount.
     3. If you pay more than 60% of the deposit, we give you an additional 1% discount.
