R-Yes. We have professional & experienced engineer team USB cable design. Just let us know your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products. Just send details of it, we will show you finished drawing for confirmation.

Q-3. Do you offer samples for testing?
R-Yes, usually, we can offer 1-2 samples for free if the total value is less than 10 US dollars. However we will charge for samples when the value is more than 10 US dollars. Sample fee will be deducted from bulk order.

Q-4. How long it takes for the whole new product development process?
R-Our new product development flow goes like this. Artwork design---Mold casting---Mold trial---Sampling---Sample confirmation---Production---Packing material design---design confirmation---QC and packing---shipping. It takes around 60-90 days if everything goes well.
