2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A:Our factory is located in BaoYing County, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, about 4 hours bus ride from Shanghai .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! 

3.Q:Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM and ODM products. It's no problem. 

4.Q:How can I get some samples? 
A:1.We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order. 

2.Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company. we will choose the best and most economic wany to send samples to you .

5.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A:we can silk print or pad print or handpaint .

A: You can place order via Alibaba Trade Assurance , if our products quality and delivery time can't be assured , you can complain us 

10. Q: What should I care of glass products ?
A: as glass products is fragile , so child should not play with it , in case hurt ,  for the products with battery , you should not throw battery away any where ,
