Operation:
Put 4 points neck & shoulder mask on the patient and immobilize it on the appropriate baseplate or multifunctional baseplate of radiotherapy immobilization device. The mask will be soften and transparent in condition of temperature 65-70°C, Keep this status and shape the position you want to therapy for 1-3 minutes with no less than 200% elongation rate, it can be made any shape and repeatable using. Shaping and hardening time 3-5 minutes, molding to stereoscopic time about 20 minutes, The minimum shrinkage will be attained in 20 minutes after molding.

2. What kind of thermoplastic mask you can offer?
A. We have 2 colors type of thermoplastic material for your choice. Traditional white and Bright green.
Traditional white can offer enough rigidity for base demande, low shrinkage. Bright green can offer
more rigidity than traditional white, longer handle time for molding. Especial good for big guy patient.
3. How can I get the sample?
A. We can offer you 1pc sample for testing, you just handle well freight cost that is fine. We accept prepay
freight cost and freight collect. We will advise you.
4. How to heat material?
A.: Heating method- water heat or dry heat. Same as other famous brands of thermoplastic like Orfit,Aquaplast and Klarity, same heating method. Normally we use water bath to heat thermoplastic at most.
6. What thickness you can offer?
