The stator core is assembled by interlock, which is punched by progressive die. The stator core can be used in brushless dc motor, drones, vehicle models, handheld PTZ, steady shot device. As the structure of tooling is fixed, it can only be used to punch the material with 0.2mm and 0.35mm. If you think its cost is high, we could make tooling for free if you have big quantity. So it is our advantage. We can design the jig and assemble the cores by ourselves.
