is a high frequency device, whose self-exited oscillator of the electron tube can produce high frequency electromagnetic field. And the plastic to be processed is in the high frequency electromagnetic field between the upper and low electrode. When its interior molecules are polarized and produce heat automatically by mutual movement and friction, it will be welded with the pressure of the die.

Operation
(1) production operation: single-head ,operator only need to put in the products,rotary or push plate trigger the micro switch, then the mold will automatically down,heating ,up ,the whole process is convenient and safe.
(2) Adjustment of output force: use low loss coaxial oscillator, can adjust strong and weak of the output force according to the size of mold and thickness of sizing material,avoid interference telecommunication when operating; adjustment of output force also can cooperate time,the largest output,welding at the shortest time,improve production.
(3) Protective device:current-limiting protection:when the output power adjustment is too large,it will cut off output power to protect the electronic tube from damage due to excessive current. Sparks protection: if mold produces fire when operating,protector will cut output,the mold also will automatically rise,departure the product and avoid mold to damage caused by fire.
Emergency system: when working we can stop the high frequency output at any time then the mold go back to normal position .
(4) Heat temperature: This machine except high frequency heating,also have 1000W hot line and thermostat make mold preheating to speed up the welding time and eliminate the phenomenon of fire.
(5) Rise distance: this machine is with a time system,can set-up a pump rise distance, in order to reduce the pump required for launch and recovery time,improve production speed.

1. Anti-spark electric system
When the spark occurring, the high sensitiveness spark electric system will cut the high frequency power immediately to protect the mould and material.
2. Jamming Prevention Device
Equipped with high frequency stabilizer and magnetic leakage suppressor, this device can prevent the leakage of electromagnetic radiation to avoid other electrical instruments jamming such as televisions and radios, etc.
3. Safety Device
When the current over its limit, the overload relay works automatically to protect the oscillation tubes and rectifier. The frequency deviation caused by mistake is avoided.
