20/19 liter barrel filling production line is specially used in producing 3 gallons and 5 gallons barreled drink water. The machine collects washing, filling and capping together. The whole machine adopts high-quality stainless steel. It is corrosionprotection and it can be easily washed. Its main electric elements adopt Siemens and Omron products. Its air-line system also adopts products made in famous companies. The structure of the machine is compact. Its work efficiency , steady and safely. It is ideal equipment of producing mineral water, distilled water and pure water.

1: auto decapping macine
Function: to remove the recycled bottle caps, with cap detecting sensor, no caps it will not working, and pass through the bottles
Capacity: Max. 300 for single head, 600pcs per hour for two heads machine
2:Bottle washing machine with brush (Brush washing machine)
Function: to pre-washing bottle with brushes , before the bottle entering filling machine washing outside of the bottle
Capacity: 200 bottles per hour to 600 bottles per hour
3: Bottle rinsing,filling,capping machine
Function: Auto rinsing and flushing inside of the bottle with different washing liquids, such as hot water, chemical water, and pure water, then filling bottles to the level which customer need, and filling level is controlled and adjusted by machine, after filling will auto capping the bottle.
Capacity: we are making from 100BPH to max. 2000BPH

4: Conveyor:
