1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are manufacturer in Henan Province.
2. When can I get the price?
Usually, we provide quotation within 24 hours once we got your inquiry. But if it is urgent for you, please call us directly or clarify in your mail, and we will try our best to provide timely support.
3. Can I have samples?
a. Yes, we can make the sample as per the customer’s sample or design.
b. The sample of our current products is free for you.
4. What is the MOQ?
Usually in one metric ton per color of our normal products.
5. What is the delivery time?
Usually in 30 days, but we can shorten it for your rush order.
6. Which payment term can you accept?
The payment term varies with different price level and total amount of the order:
a. 30% T/T as deposit , and 70% balance before delivery.
b. 30% T/T as deposit , and 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
c. 100% T/T against the signed PI before the mass production.
d. L/C at sight.
7. How about the package?
a. For the big sheet, in kraft paper or Julong printed wrapping paper and then in pallets.
b. For the small sheet, in OPP bag or shrinking bag or paper box, and then in carton.
