2. ROTARY CEMETN PACKING MACHINE 

 

This machine is a side filling style rotary packing machine with 6 spouts, weighing controlled by micro-computer, impeller feeding style.Model BHYW6C Rotary Cement Packing Machine is mainly used for packing cement; meanwhile, it also may be used for filling bulk materials of powder and granule.

 

There are 4 models of rotary cement packing machine:  BHYW6C(with 6 spouts, capacity 90t/h) , BHYW8C(with 8 spouts, capacity 120t/h) , BHYW10C(with 10  spouts, capacity 120-140t/h) , BHYW12C (with 12 spouts, capacity 140-160t/h)

3. FEATURES 

 

3.1 Novel design, unique construction and suitable application.

3.2 The machine is equipped with frequency conversion controller, 10 discharging spouts,side feeding hopper, automatic cement position inductive device, and automatic weighing system controlled by the micro-computer.

3.3 It also adds the SCM programmed device to control the shutter’s actions, and bag inserting and bag falling signal collection sensor.

3.4 The functions of bag clamping, cement feeding, shutter lifting up and down, and bag falling are all able to complete automatically except manual bag inserting.

3.5 High capacity, accurate weighing, and durability

3.6 Weighing precision:

Tolerance allowed per bag +0.4 -0.2kg

Total weight of successive 20 bags:1000-1004kg

5.1 What is the usage of this machine?

-- This machine mainly used for packing good mobility material like cement, gypsum powder and others powder, granule less than 1mm.

5.2 What is the voltage/phase for this machine?

-- We normally make voltage into 220V / 50HZ / Single phase or 380V / 50HZ / Three Phase. But it can be made according to clients' demand, like 415V / 50HZ / Three phase and so on.

5.3 What kind of packing box is?

-- We pack machines in a standard exporting plywood case, no vermin, germs. It can help to protect the machine while transporting.

5.4 How long is the guarantee?

-- For non-human damage factor, within 12 months after commissioning or within 18 months from the date of B/L, whichever comes first.

5.5 How should I do if meet some trouble while using?

-- Don't worry about that. We are always be pleased to provide using support to clients. We can take a video for showing how to resolve the problem, and write detail resolution to you.
