HEB HP Series Reactor System is a safe and super-stable laboratory reactor. Compact in design, the reactor size from 0.5l to 10l.The reactors can used for the materials dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, mixing and other processes under the vacuum condition.

HP Series Reactor is a comprehensive system which includes a range of stands, a choice of jacketed vessels and other ancillary equipments. 2. What about the delivery time?

Normally, we have stocks for our hot sale products, the delivery time is about 3~5 days.

As for the customized instruments, it needs 10~20 days to manufacture.

3. What’s the warranty period? How do you provide this?

One years (12 months).

We have very Strict inspection for each manufacturing procedures, the instruments which you received is reliable. 

If there’s any errors, we’ll provide you the on line solution with in 12 hours and provide you the spare parts and the shipping cost totally free.

If the problem was caused by the instrument quality, and cannot be repaired, we’ll ship you the new one.
