Product Features:
This product is two-component,water-base,hardness and fast drying,waterproof and easy to use.It is used for soft wood such as pine,aspen wood.The bond strength of bonding area is very high, the adhesive has good heat resistance and solvent resistance,it can be used for cold pressing, hot pressing and high frequency agglutination.

Wood indicators

1.Wood moisture content should be controlled at 8-12%.

2.The wood surface should be flat, smooth, unbuckling and closely fitted.

Usage

1.The ratio of main agent to curing agent is 100:12 (weight ratio).
2.Mix the main agent and the curing agent in proportion, stirring thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until even

3.After the glue has been finished, please use it within 30 to 40 minutes. The faster you use it, the better it will be used. When it comes to a serious blister and thickened, it will not be used and abandoned. (changes in indoor temperature: the higher the temperature, the shorter the time.)

Glue and pressure

1.glue-spread:Cork is used in single - sided coating:200--250 gram/m².Hard wood USES double-sided coating:120--150 gram/m².

2.Pressure time (cold pressure):At least 90 to 150 minutes or so, increase the pressure time with high hardness of wood and lower ambient temperature.

3.Pressure: cork is 6 kg -10 kg/cm², hardwood is 10 kg -15 kg/cm².

matters need attention

1.Storage temperature for more than 8 ℃, using temperature above 10 ℃. In winter, when using makeup section should be proper heating, with more than 15 ℃ is preferred.

2.Prevent curing agent from contact with water, or contact with air for long time to avoid failure. The adhesive must not be mixed with impurities, special attention should not be mixed with oily substance.

3.The gelatinize tools should be washed in time, hand or skin contact with the glue, please clean timely.
