Features:

1. Made of corrugated fiber paper with the spatial crossing linking technology: high absorbability, high water resistant and anti-mildew, anti corrosive, high strength with long service life.

2. High hygroscopicity: to absorb water naturally, with fast speed of pervasion and lasting effectiveness. Water drops can diffuse within 4-5 seconds. The natural absorption height is 60-70mm/5 minutes, as 200mm/1.5 hours, reaching the international standard.

3. Specific stereoscopic structure: large evaporation area, and cooling efficiency can be as high as 80%.

4. Low consumption: Compared wth the traditional air-condition, its electric consumption is only 1/10

5. No phenol in the raw material, which is irritant to skin: safe, energy saving, environmental protective, economic and durable. 

6. Frame Material: galvanized, aluminum alloy or stainless steel can be chosen, and the dimensions can be customized according to customer’s requirements.

7. Various colors for your selection: Brown, Green, Green/Brown color, Black coated-single side(washable),Green coated-single side (washable),Yellow coated-single side (washable).

8. Strict production as per standard, width of 600mm cooling pad involves 85 sheets; raw material adopt imported kraft paper(100GSM, thickeness:0.18-0.20mm, tension resistance at 70N, absorbability height as 45mm/10min , moisture at 5-8%, humidity at 18N)

 

Suggestion in choosing the cooling pads:

 

1.Model 5090 cooling pad is widely use in air cooler.

Model 7090 coolign pad is widly used in poultry farm, greenhouse, industry woskshop cooling system.

2. Flute angle 45*45 is better than 30*30, have better cooling efficiency.

3.Thinckess: 200>150>100mm.

200mm can improve the cooling effiency to 90%, but pressure drop increase apparently,

need more fan air flow and power,out of the cost requirements.

 

Frame Material: galvanized, aluminum alloy or stainless steel can be chosen,  and the dimensions can be customized according to customer’s needs.
