 The wooden pallet production line procedures are as follows:  crushing--drying-mixing-wood pallet block extruding--cutting.

1. Crushing

If the raw material is the wood log or the raw material size is more than 50mm, we need crusher to crush it into wood sawdust.

2. Drying

In general, the raw sawdust could be very wet, if the moisture is higher than 10%, then we’ll need a dryer to keep the moisture≤10%.

3. Mixing

In this step, we need to mix the urea-formaldehyde glue with the sawdust, so that the blocks can be strong enough.

4. Wood Pallet Blocks Extruding

This is the most important procedure during the production line, with high temperature and pressure, the pallet blocks making machine starts producing the wood blocks, the size could be 75*75mm, 80*80mm, 80*100mm, 90*90mm, 100*100mm, 100*115mm, 100*120mm and so on. The length can be set by the clients, so there’s cutter accompanied. There could be holes or without holes inside the blocks.
