    The whole machine adopts Spray lubrication , thus reduce the parts abrade. It adopts open cam system with longitudinal axis gear drive,high precision, large out-put and long life and make up the chain drive jitter and instability's weakness.UNL-C700 adopts Switzerland leister heater for cup body and bottom paper sealing(Sealing brand is optional). PLC system controls the whole cup forming process. By adopting photoelectric failure-detecting system and servo control feeding, our paper cup machine’s reliable performance is guaranteed, thus offering a rapid and stable operation. The machine can auto-stop working when there is a failure. Thus it can greatly improve operation safety standard and reduce labor force.

    UNL-C700 medium speed paper cup machine simplifies paper cup forming process. This machine can finish paper feeding, gluing, cup-bottom feeding heating, knurling, cup-mouth curling, cup-collecting, etc .It is especially suitable for making paper cups with height of 50-135mm.

 the manual and instruction all will use english language,if you want use your country language,it also can be customized,and we also will send you a operation video,teach you how to change mold and operate machine,
Q6. can we make different size in one machine?
 you can make different size in one machine,but need change mold,also suggest you the cup size should same bottom size and same angle size with intalled mold,
Q7. what is the meterial is avalisable for this machine?
 the material is pe coated paper,normally all buy the printed and cutted paper cup fan from paper factory,i can introduce you some good price paper factory,

Q8.what's payment terms ,trade terms you accept ?
 Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also  accept other way like L/C , western union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.
Q9.how can i print it and cut it ?
 solution1: buy printed and cutted paper cup fan from us
 solution2: find the factory in your area to print and cut for you
 solution3:buy the flexo printing machine and die cutting machine to print and cut by yourself .
 if you are new in this field ,i suggest you'd better to adopt solution 1 or 2  when you are in first stage.
Q10.does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
 First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like wet the paper cup fan , lubricating the moving parts regularly .And we will  sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,videochat ,email us .And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
Q11. if the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?
 We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case  it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
