The parameters of the plasterboard production line are as follows:


1)  Production capacity:    2 million ~80 million square meter per year.


2)  Final product variety:   Common paper-covered plasterboard


                        Fire resistance paper-covered plasterboard,


                        Water resistance paper-covered plasterboard.


3) Product specification:    Thickness from 6mm ~ 25mm


                        Length from 1800mm ~ 3600mm


                        Width from 900mm ~1220mm


4) Product quality:         In conformity with standard of P.R.C GB/T9775-2008 paper-covered     


                        Plasterboard.


5) Fuel variety:           Coal, fuel oil, natural gas, or liquefied petroleum gas(LPG

The machine and service


 


1) The machine guarantee is 5 years except the easy worn parts such as bearings, electric buttons.


 


2) Machine delivering time: 2 to 5 months after the deposit.


 


3) Payment terms: T/T or LC


 


4) Machine installation and commission: 2 to 4 months when the buyer prepare the installation and commission conditions.


 


5) We offer engineer train the buyers' workers to operate the machine and after you master the machine then pay us the installation and commission payment.


 


6) In order to guarantee the machine running each year. we will send engineer to check and development the technology with the buyer.


 


7) If the buyer can not run the machine well. We will send the prouction engineers to help the buyer to run the machine and we can operate for long terms.
