Packing&Shipping
All the items will be shipped within 3-7 working days for samples, 10-30days for batch, except Chinese weekend or holiday. All the items will be 100% tested carefully before shipping.
Generally 5-8 working days via Express, 14-20 working days via AirMail. 30-40 working days via economical post.
Due to shipping policies change frequently, we will send out clients' parcel by similar efficiet forwarder if our promised method is failed to ship out. For example, we might change Singapore Post to Netherland Post, Swiss Post or Sweden post. Sometimes Netherland/Swiss/Sweden is much faster and has less customs problems.
If you have not received your items within 40 working days, please contact us. We will track the shippment and get back to you as soon as possible with a satisfying reply.
Buyers are responsible for (in case) all additional customs fee or taxes in their country. These additional fees maybe charged at the time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shippments.
