Our refractory gunning machine is specially designed for spraying refractory materials, castable in refractory repair installing project. Such as Aluminum Furnace Linings, Industrial Furnace Repair, Heat Treating Furnaces, Reheat Furnaces, Rotary Kiln Linings, Tunnel and Shuttle KiIns, Dryer and Combustion Chambers, Refractory Boiler Settings, Incinerator Rebuilds, Stack and Duct Linings, Ladle and Crucible Linings.

Different with common dry mix shotcrete machine, our GZ-3ER and GZ-5ER refractory gunning machine equipped with ABB frequency converter and high pressure water pump. ABB frequency converter is used for achieving variable output. High pressure water pump provide pressure water for nozzle assy,ensure that materials is mixed even with water.
