1. What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 2,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trialorder. Please feel free to
tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculatethe cost correspondingly, hoping you can place

2. Can I get thermo food jar samples?
Sure. We usually provide thermo food jar sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.
Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certainquantity.We usually send samples by
FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrieraccount, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not,
you can pay the freight chargeto our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days
to reach
3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your owndesigns, it takes 5-7 days,
subject to your designs whether they need newprinting screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to
your request.
4. How long is the production lead time?
We mainly export to Europe, the US, Australia, Middle East and Southeast Asia countries.
5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF,etc.We will make 3D
drawing for mold or printing screen for your finalconfirmation based on technique.
6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you
need. We will match the colors. Or we willrecommend some popular colors to you.
7. Which kinds of certificate would you have?
LFGB,BV and so on.
8. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% againstcopy of B/L.
We also accept LC at sight
