Below is our regualr packing method for our medical products, take pharmaceutical plastic bottle as an example:

Plastic Bottles are placed in order in clean workshop.

 Normally we use thick plastic bags for protecting the plastic bottles from dust, moisture and water.

Seal the plastic bags in the clean workshop. The plastic bottles and bottle caps are packed seperately.

The plastic bottles caps are packed as per customers' request, normally the bottle caps are packed in thick moisture resistant poly bags.

The Plastic bottles are then packed all together with the plastic bag into the carton outside the clean workshop.

Customers could print the logo or other information on the outer cartons as per their requirement.

Q: Is customized service available?

A: Yes, OEM & ODM are both welcome. Just tell us what you need. Besides, we have in-house tool-building workshop  to ensure fast manufacturing and delivery of new custom-made plastic bottles.

Q: Is free sample available?

A: Yes, sample of pharmaceutical plastic bottle is free, but the new clients are expected to pay the courier charges.

Regarding the courier cost, you could either arrange a remote pick-up upon Fedex, UPS or DHL, or inform us your DHL account. Freight prepaid is also accepted, the sample would be sent out after we receive the courier charges prepaid.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Foshan Qianfeng Industry attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the very end.

We comply to GMP compliance to ensure the manufacturing process is up to standard. We have experienced QC team that going around the manufacturing facilities to take samples ramdonly from the newly produced pill packer bottles, and conduct quality check on the QC department. We have all detailed records for rejected plastic bottles. Once defects are found, the machines would be paused immediately to readjustment.
