Q: How much power do I need ?

A:   60-80 Watts - High production power level provides increased throughput, deep engraving and cutting. Ideal for precision engraving and cutting.

100-180 Watts - Very high production power level that is ideal for heavy cutting and deep, higher throughput engraving. For example, if you want to cut acrylic of thickness of over 3mm (include 3mm); you can choose high power lasers.

Q: How To Install 2000w laser tube co2 glass co2 laser tube for 1390 laser cuting machine 700mm laser 35w co2 ?

(1) Firstly, connect the water pipe to laser water chiller, adjust the outlet water pipe position according to the principle of laser water flowing from lower position to higher position direction. Ensure the laser water is full of the laser tube and don’t have bubble. Then, open the laser power supply.

Notice:
The laser cooling water is distilled water or pure water, the temperature should be 20-30. In summer, the water temperature is high, should change the laser water chiller or stop the machine for a while. In cold area, don’t let the water freezing, especially don’t let the water stay in laser tube if the laser machine not work. (Attentions: customers who use alternating current must let the water box grounded).
