Ultrasonic piezo ceramics plate
When the voltage is applied to the piezoelectric ceramic, the mechanical deformation will follow the change of the voltage and frequency. On the other hand, when vibrating piezoelectric ceramic, it will produce an electric charge. According to this principle, when the vibrator is composed of two piezoelectric ceramic or a form of piezoelectric ceramic and a metal sheet, called bimorph element, applying a signal, it will emit ultrasonic vibration due to bending. Conversely, an ultrasonic signal is generated when an ultrasonic vibration is applied to the bimorph element. Based on the above action, piezoelectric ceramics can be used as ultrasonic sensors.
The piezoelectric ceramic wafer is electrical devices with a simple structure and light, with high sensitivity, no magnetic field spread without spillover, copper wire and magnets, low power consumption, less cost, easy mass production and the advantages of widely used. Suitable for ultrasonic and acoustic wave transmitting and receiving, piezoelectric ceramics is relatively large area and can also be used to detect pressure and vibration. The working principle is to use the reversible piezoelectric effect, applied voltage in the audio, and voice.
