An overload protection extinguisher: the load is too large or stuck, stop working automatically,avoid flameout device damage. Disconnect the power off after a period of time, re power,extinguisher from fault reset, can resume normal work.
Two, flameout device wiring:
The flameout device has 3 lead wires, as follows:
Red: connect the positive power supply: the cathode of a power supply (yellow green or blue)as the line of control:
Open type: control line power extinguisher action, action in place, automatic stop. The release of extinguisher power, action in place, automatic stop.
Closed type: control line power extinguisher action, action in place, automatic stop.Release extinguisher power control line, automatic stop action in place.
Three, installation and notice
The installation and commissioning should ensure the extinguisher action in place before,diesel engine stop control rod no action to the limit position and the extinguisher stuck,otherwise the extinguisher internal overload protection circuit, automatic flameout device stops working, the extinguisher should disconnect the power, adjust the mounting position, back to the extinguisher on electricity, flameout which can resume normal work.
