Machine needed and machine's working process

1. Crusher: Crushing the wood materials into wood shavings of <= 5cm size.

2. Dryer: Drying wood shavings, making the materials moisture content about 10%-12%

3. Glue mixer: Mixing the wood chips or shavings with urea formaldehy glue.

4. Press machine: Feeding the mixed raw materials into wood chips block machine to make wood pallet blocks.

5. Dicing saw: Dicing the long blocks into short ones.

 

Raw materials: wood sawdust, wood shavings, small wood chips, etc.
