Chlorinated rubber is the product of natural rubber chlorinated. A mixture of trichlorides and tetrachlorates with a chlorine content of 65%. Chlorinated rubber and alkyd resin with similar linear low polarity, alkyd resin containing more than 54% fatty acids and chlorinated rubber in aromatic hydrocarbon diluent better compatibility. The introduction of chlorinated rubber can improve toughness, adhesion, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water resistance, salt spray resistance, wear resistance, etc. Mainly used as concrete floor paint and pool paint and highway marking.
