We can fold medical gauze to 5X5, 7.5X7.5, 10X10 with 8/12/16ply ; 

 

With edge and without edge as follows : 

Also other sizes lap sponge such as : 

30x40*8ply ,40x40*8ply ,42x42*8ply, 45x45*8ply and so on ; 

 

If without edge fold ,we can do 6lanes max ,use pre-fold machine 

If with edge fold ,we can do 3lanes max ,no need use pre-fold machine ;
