Process Flow Show
Mix ingredients, mix all kinds of raw materials in the mixer
Melting (1650 c) : the raw material with good match is heated at high temperature to form uniform bubble-free glass liquid
Forming (600 c) : cut the molten glass into molds
Blow bottle: a solid product in shape
Annealing: send the shaped glass bottle to the annealing machine for annealing (the temperature that can be touched by human hands).
Finally, the product can be packaged after passing the inspection

Q1:Can I have my unique design(size,volume,pattern,etc)?
Yes,customer's design such as size,volume,pattern,etc is welcomed.
Q2:Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs.
Q3:Sample free or need to pay?
If you don't need to print custom logo or other artwork on the products, it will not charge any cost.
Just tell us your freight collect account like FedEx DHL TNT, if you don't have account,
it need to charge Express fee properly.
Q4:What is MOQ?

Q5:How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q6:What is your terms of payment ?
Payment less than 8000USD, 100% in advance. Payment more than 8000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

As to printing color: Color can be made according to PANTONE color number .
Q9:If any defective bottle, how do you deal with?
We have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.
Warn Tips: Any man-made damage we cannot change, refund or make up.
Q10:What is the lead time of production ?
A. For samples,3-5 days working days door to door by air.
B. For stocks, within 7days can be shipped to loading port.
C. For mass production,it takes 25-35days for production. More 7-10days if custom
design needed.
Q11:What is your shipping terms?
A. For small trial order,by air or by express :FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc
B. For large order,we arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
Q12:Is it leak?
No,It won't. Our material is high quality , every cap is checked carefully by professional people before packing.
