1.Weight test

Production Process

1. Cutting Workshop

We mould cut all kinds of material here. We use different die cutters for different kind of balls with different sizes. The machine is controlled by a computer, so the error can be controlled in 0.5mm. It'll guarantee the exact size and roundness of the balls. Waste material can be recycled, so it can eliminate the waste pollution.

2. Printing Workshop 

We can print all kind of designs for customers. Silk screen printing with Pantone colors. We use the eco-friendly inks, which guarantees all the ball can meet the European Standard.

3. Machine Sewing Workshop 

There are high lockstitch machine workers. Advanced machine sewing technology, the stitches are neat, tight and good appearance, even can improve the durability of soccer ball to the greatest extent and high air tightness. Using high quality raw rubber bladder, in line with high international standards, and making sure the balls are good air-tightness and not easy to leak.

4.  Bladder Workshop
The bladder is put into ball in this workshop, that's very important to stick the bladder firmed on each ball.

5. Hand Sewing Workshop 

There are more than 35 workers work in this workshop, They main job is stitched the last parts by hand.

6. Molding Workshop 

In this workshop, the ball is put into the mold, with heating and pressing, keep the roundness of the balls. This process is based on the high quality balls.

7. Deflating Workshop 

Every ball is deflated in the mould in this workshop.

8. Packing Workshop 

All balls are well packed in this workshop.
