The magnet in magnetic perfume cap is sintered NdFeB magnet, and the annual usage of magnetic perfume cap magnet is very large. Many magnet manufacturers in Zhejiang Province and Guangdong Province convert these millions of magnets, and the market competition in this area is fierce. In such case, some magnet manufacturers were already applied the low-cost sintered NdFeB magnet and bonded magnet into the magnetic perfume bottle. For low-cost sintered NdFeB magnet, its lifetime and pull force will much lower than regular magnet.

In consideration of ergonomic design, the magnet will be magnetized into 4-pole. The 4-pole magnet will also provide enough pull force to avoid the fall off of magnetic perfume cap. For same magnet, the pull force of multi-pole one will be higher than simple axial-magnetized one, so the customer can find 8-pole and 16-pole magnet in low-cost sintered NdFeB magnet. The magnetizing process is the productivity limitation of the magnetic perfume cap magnet in past several years.
