1. Brief introduction of  CHXy Xylanase Enzyme: 

 

CHXy is Top Quality Bakery/Biscuit/Bread Enzyme Lipase/Amylase/Xylanase which obtained by submerged fermentation from Trichodema Reesi which is widely used in the industries of food, feed additive, bleaching process in paper making and medicine, which also can be used in the manufacture of fuel alcohol,wheat processing,bakery and etc.

3. Product Usage&Dosage:     

1.In the process of leatherworking, the recommended dosage is 0.05-0.2% at 35-38℃ with PH 9.0-11.0 for 3-6 hours in bating process. The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3% at 20-35℃ with PH 9.0-11.0 for 12-20 hours in molting process.
2.In silk degumming with silk fibroin, the recommended dosge is 0.8-2.4% with Ph 9.0-11.0 at temperature of 40-50℃ for 30-60 minutes.
3. In manufacture of chondroitin, the recommended dosage is 0.2-0.6%, pH 8.0-10.0 at temperature 40-50℃ for 4-8 hours.
4. In manufacture of Hepar in sodium, the recommended dosage is 2-4g enzyme as per small intestine with temperature 45-60℃ with PH 4.0-6.0 for 4-6 hours.
5.In manufacture of protein raw material processing such as sactive peptide etc.the recommended method is as follows: Ratio of solid to liquid 1:3or 9 with PH 8.0-10.0 with temperature 50-60℃ ,dosage 0.5-1.5% for 2-6 hours.
6.The recommended dosage is 0.2-1.0% based on the quality of washing powder in detergent industry.
