Our cassava peeler is rotary brush type. It mainly remove the brown skin of fresh cassava roots with 3-4 minutes rotating. If the rotating time is longer,it can remove some extent true skin too. And our cassava chipper machine can slice fresh cassava roots into pieces well. Our cassava peeler and chipper are very good tool for making industrial dried chips.
