Antistatic sewing thread is made by polyester yarn and carbon coated nyloy filament, it has below characters:

1) Using non shrinking high strength polyester filament, high tension and special grease, it is high temperature resistance, and it also can be applied to dust free room antistatic clothing;
2) It is made by the compound twister in one time, the stitches using our sewing thread show flat appearance, with wear-resisting,no fuzz and no dust;
3) the external conductive fiber, the resistance is stable, and the use of special technology to ensure that the contact area of conductive fiber and fabric as large as possible;
4)  no moldy, no containing metal components, and permanent conductive, no color, conductive ingredients never fall, water washing more than 200 times;
5) the special sewing thread for anti-static clothing can be detected by ESD in electronic factory, and also used in petrochemical, antistatic clothing, antistatic shoes and other anti-static fabrics.

Q1: Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, you are welcome place a sample order to test and check quality your side before you place the bulk order. Mixed samples are also acceptable. Please let us know your courier account number to deliver it freight collected.

Q2: What is the lead time of an order?

A: For our standard product, sample order only needs 1-3 days, mass production usual needs 10-15 days but it’s according to the order quantity.

Q3: Do you have any MOQ limit?

A: Yes, we have different MOQ limit according to the type of product you want, but usually MOQ is small.
